Hiking to Silver Lake Glance
It was a great beginner hike to stretch the legs and receive a few blisters to start the summer. After summiting and setting up camp I enjoyed the solitude and surroundings. After a moment of meditation I decided I should pack up camp and hike down. I ran across to large moose on the trail where I had to patiently wait for one to move. They are King in my world, they own the trail when we meet. Overall this short blog is to relate what a great time it is to carry up 30 pounds on your back up a 3 hour hike, and carry it back down again. It is worth the solitude and exercise. See you next week for another hike.
